Students must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks obtained in the last exam. 

BHU BTech admission

Banaras Hindu University offers its B.Tech program through IT-BHU (Institute of Technology), providing numerous specializations. Admission requires clearing the JEE Advanced exam. The most popular specializations in B.Tech include Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, and Chemical Engineering. The entire admission process for all selected candidates is conducted through JoSAA Counselling, after which candidates can choose their college and branch based on their rank.
